How do I add or change my companies logo?

Upon initial setup of your Intuvo account, your Account Manager will process and upload your company's logo to your Intuvo system, to be used across your marketing materials. As your organization evolves, it may become necessary to update the logo image provided during your initial implementation. To assist your Support Team or Account Manager with updating your Logo, please follow the below steps.


File size: 671px by 671px 300DPI

File type: JPG. 


  • Open up the template in Photoshop, it has the correct dimensions and DPI resolution. 
  • Go to File> Place Embeded> Select your logo file.  
  • You may need to resize the image to fit within the template.
  • Save as a JPG.  Don't use any special characters or spaces when naming the file.  
  1.  Save the image with the correct dimensions and file type. 
  2. Go into Intuvo > Admin 
  3. Click a user profile 
  4. Go to user logo > upload 
  5. Once the image successfully loads, it will display the file name in the box below the image.
