User's Security Privileges

Security privileges are something that is set-up during the implementation process.  Intuvo creates security roles that the users are assigned too.   Within these roles, there are rules and privileges set up on the back-end on what the user can see,  click, and do in the system.  If these privileges need to be updated after your implementations are complete, please email [email protected] for assistance.

How to assign a security roles to a user:

  1. Log into Intuvo and go to the Admin tab at the top of the page.
  2. Go to the sub-tab of 'Manage Users'.
  3. Select a user from the manage user list.
  4. Once you are in their user profile, go to security roles.  Pick which security role you want that specific user to have.

Example of the difference between roles security privileges:

Administrator Security Role: They are able to see all parts of Intuvo.

Assistant: They are able to the marketing tab, but can't change or create anything new.  They are also able to unresolve import under the data tab.

Loan Officer: They are able to see all of their contacts where they are the owning user.  They can create filters and assign contacts to a campaign.  They can not change any marketing or see the admin or data tab.

Marketing Manager: They have all editing abilities on marketing materials and creating filters.  They can see contacts in the system.  They can't see the admin or data tab.

*These examples are not specific to anyone's account, these roles are all customizable if needed.  Intuvo Support can help you make new security roles if you need them.  Please email [email protected] if you have any questions!
