Email Transaction Report
Report Description
In this report, the user can view several key metrics related to Email Campaigns and OneTouch email blasts. Standard Email metrics such as Sends, Opens, Unsubs, and Clicks are shown in various visuals, both tabular and graphical.
Report Purpose
This set of visuals provides the marketer with valuable and actionable metrics relating to Email Campaigns and OneTouch activity. Relative success, engagement, and interactivity allow for quick comparative analysis that help the user make key decisions relating to member communication.
Using This Report
This report is a dashboard containing 16 different visuals across 2 tabs (Campaigns and OneTouch). The specifics of each dashboard can be seen below.
Filters
This report contains a filter with several options that allows the user to narrow down to a specific point in time, campaign name, and emails sent by. The filter applies to the entire dashboard.
Total Sent KPI
The Total Sent KPI visual is a metric that looks at the total number of emails that have been sent based on the selected campaign. This visual is affected by the report filter and will adjust according to the selections the user makes.
Unique Opens KPI
The Unique Opens KPI visual is a metric that looks at the total number of unique individual opens by recipients based on the selected campaign. This visual is affected by the report filter and will adjust according to the selections the user makes.
Total Clicks KPI
The Total Clicks KPI visual is a metric that looks at the total number of email clicks based on the selected campaign. This visual is affected by the report filter and will adjust according to the selections the user makes.
Unique Clicks KPI
The Unique Clicks KPI visual is a metric that looks at the total number of unique individual email clicks by recipients based on the selected campaign. This visual is affected by the report filter and will adjust according to the selections the user makes.
Total Bounced KPI
The Total Bounced KPI visual is a metric that looks at the total number of email bounces based on the selected campaign. This visual is affected by the report filter and will adjust according to the selections the user makes.

Campaign Performance
The Campaign Performance visual displays standard email metrics by campaign and campaign category that include Total Sent, Bounce Rate, Unique Open Rate, Click Rate (vs. Open), Average Unique Clicks, Unsubscribe Rate, and Spam Complaints. This visual is affected by the report filter and will adjust according to the selections the user makes.
Engagement Funnel
The Engagement Funnel visual displays the actions of email recipients receiving, opening, clicking, and unsubscribing from the selected campaign or campaigns. This visual is affected by the report filter and will adjust according to the selections the user makes.
Campaign Engagement Rates
The Campaign Engagement Rates visual is a metric that looks at the Unique Open Rate and Click Rate (vs Open) based on campaign. This visual is affected by the report filter and will adjust according to the selections the user makes.

Unique Open Rate KPI
The Unique Open Rate KPI visual is a metric that looks at the number of unique recipients based on the selected OneTouch. This visual is affected by the report filter and will adjust according to the selections the user makes.
Click Rate (vs. Open) KPI
The Click Rate (vs. Open) KPI visual is a metric that looks at the percentage of unique opens that have clicks based on the selected OneTouch. This visual is affected by the report filter and will adjust according to the selection the user makes.
Average Unique Clicks KPI
The Average Unique Clicks KPI visual is a metric that looks at the average number of unique individual email clicks by recipients based on the selected OneTouch. This visual is affected by the report filter and will adjust according to the selections the user makes.
Spam Rate KPI
The Spam Rate KPI visual is a metric that looks at the number of spam complaints relative to the total number of OneTouch emails sent. This visual is affected by the report filter and will adjust according to the selections the user makes.
OneTouch Clicks and Opens
The OneTouch Clicks and Opens visual a metric that looks at the historical count of clicks and opens over time. This visual is affected by the report filter and will adjust according to the selections the user makes.
Total Opens by Hour (Since Delivered)
The Total Opens by Hour (Since Delivered) visual is a metric that looks at the total number of email opens by hour since the email was delivered. This visual is affected by the report filter and will adjust according to the selections the user makes.
OneTouch Performance
