This report contains a date slicer filter that allows the user to narrow down to a specific date range. The filter applies to the entire dashboard.
Total Contacts KPI
The Total Contacts KPI visual is a metric that looks at the total number of contacts within the financial institution’s Intuvo platform. This visual is affected by the report filter and will adjust according to the date range the user selects.
Key Contact Data
The Key Contact Data visual is a metric that looks at the historical trending of the percentage of contacts who have provided key information relating to home address, mobile phone, and email. This visual is affected by the report filter and will adjust according to the selections the user makes.
Campaign Breakdown
The Campaign Breakdown visual is a donut chart that displays the percentage slice of the total number of contacts assigned to specific campaigns. This visual is affected by the report filter and will adjust according to the selections the user makes.
Campaign Coverage
The Campaign Coverage visual is a metric that looks at the historical trending of the percentage of members on campaigns associated with various products such as loans, accounts, and cress-sells.
