Campaign Base Report
Report Description
In this report, the user can view several key data points related to Campaigns and Events that were sent to members. Some of these data points include average time spent in campaigns, campaign starts and stops, and total products.
Report Purpose
Intuvo provides financial institutions with multi-channel marketing solutions. The purpose of this report is to create actionable and identifiable business intelligence metrics that help the user identify key data points that illustrate campaign success over time.
Using This Report
This report is a dashboard containing 11 different visuals across 2 tabs (Campaign Overview and Campaign Insights). The specifics of each dashboard can be seen below.
Filter - Data Slicer
This report contains a filter with several options that allows the user to narrow down to a specific point in time, campaign name, event name, and action type. The filter applies to the entire dashboard.
Assigned to Campaign KPI
The Assigned to Campaign KPI visual is a metric that looks at the total number of contacts who are currently assigned to the selected event or campaign. This visual is affected by the report filter and will adjust according to the selections the user makes.
Total Actions KPI
The Total Actions KPI visual is a metric that looks at the total number of contacts who have ever engaged with the selected event or campaign. This visual is affected by the report filter and will adjust according to the selections the user makes.
Total Opens KPI
The Total Opens KPI visual is a metric that looks at the total number of contacts who have ever opened an email within the selected event or campaign. This visual is affected by the report filter and will adjust according to the selections the user makes.
Unique Clicks KPI
The Unique Clicks KPI visual is a metric that looks at the distinct count of contacts who have clicked a link within an email for the selected event or campaign. This visual is affected by the report filter and will adjust according to the selections the user makes.
Average Campaign Days KPI
The Average Campaign Days KPI visual is a metric that looks at the average number of days the campaign has run. This visual is affected by the report filter and will adjust according to the selections the user makes.

Campaign Event Overview
The Campaign Event Overview visual is a metric that looks at the historical trending, by month, of the count of actions within an event. This visual is affected by the report filter and will adjust according to the selections the user makes.
Average Time in Campaign
The Average Time in Campaign visual is a metric that looks at the historical trending based on the average length of time between campaign start and campaign stops by members. This visual is affected by the report filter and will adjust according to the selections the user makes.
Campaign Starts and Campaign Stops
The Campaign Starts and Campaign Stops visual a metric that looks at the historical trending of the individual totals of campaign starts and campaign stops by members. This visual is affected by the report filter and will adjust according to the selections the user makes.

Days to Campaign Event
The Days to Campaign Event visual is a metric that looks at the how many days from the campaign start date the event is sent based on the selected event or campaign. This visual is affected by the report filter and will adjust according to the selections the user makes.
Total Products
The Total Products visual is a metric that looks at the total number of products within the selected event or campaign. This visual is affected by the report filter and will adjust according to the selections the user makes.
Campaign Email Opens
The Campaign Email Opens visual is a metric that looks at the historical trending, by days, of the total number of email opens by members. This visual is affected by the report filter and will adjust according to the selections the user makes.
