Each contact record within your Intuvo system is equipped with the necessary tables and fields representing all of the contact related data from your Loan Origination System. This includes basic contact information, property information, and applicable loan/product data. Fields in these sections can be added, removed, and re-arranged to align with your individual business practices.
To remove the fields in your Contact section that aren't needed, click on the 'More actions' drop-down, and select 'Edit contact layout.'
Once you've selected 'Edit contact layout' your Contact view will change from static, to modifiable. Locate the field(s) you are looking to remove, and click to begin dragging.
Once you've selected a field with your mouse, you can simply move it to the revealed 'Remove field' bin.
After dropping your field in the remove field bin, simply select 'Save Changes' in the upper right-hand corner, and you will be directed back to the static Contact view.
To Add a field to the contact layout, from the 'Edit contact layout' view, select the green 'add a field' plus sign from the bottom of the table you are looking to add the field to (each section for contact information, address, loan/product information will have it's own 'add a field' button at the bottom of that data's section on the record).
The add field button will open up a searchable menu to find and select the field you wish to add. Select the field from the list, and click 'Save Changes' from the upper right-hand corner.
Once you've added your field and saved your changes, you will be directed back to the static contact view, where you should see your new field added to your contact view.
