Email Transaction Report

How to access your transaction report:

Steps:

1: Go to settings

2: Scroll down to Email Transaction Report

3: Set a date range for your report.  If you leave it blank, it will pull all data dating back to when you went live with Intuvo.

4: Select the campaign you want to see the report on.  If you leave it blank, it will pull all reports for all campaigns.

5: Click the download report.

6: Once the data file downloads, it will look blank until you click 'Enable Editing'.

Glossary:

Open Rate: Your email open rate is the total number of email opens your messages receive, divided by the number of emails delivered. 

Unique Open Rate: Your unique open rate in a given email campaign is the total number of unique recipient email opens divided by the number of emails delivered in the campaign. 

Click Rate: Your email click rate is the total number of clicks your emails received, divided by the total number of emails delivered. 

Unique Click Rate: Your unique click rate in a given email campaign is the total number of unique recipient email clicks divided by the number of emails delivered in the campaign. 

Bounce Rate: Your hard bounce rate is the number of emails that weren’t delivered due to invalid or nonexistent email addresses divided by the total number of emails sent.

Complaint Rate: Your complaint rate is the number of emails that are marked your message as junk rather than just unsubscribing divided by the total number of emails sent.
